2. Services Provided

Patio Lighting Pros specializes in the design, installation, maintenance, and repair of outdoor lighting systems including, but not limited to:

• Patio / Bistro Lighting
• Café String Lighting
• Pergola & Deck Lighting
• Landscape Lighting
• Low Voltage Lighting
• Outdoor Accent Lighting
• Permanent Outdoor Lighting
• RGB & Smart Lighting Systems

Services are available for both residential and commercial properties.

3. Service Area & Availability

We proudly serve Park Ridge, Chicago, Glenview, Northbrook, Arlington Heights, Barrington, Buffalo Grove, Deerfield, Des Plaines, Elmhurst, Highland Park, Lake Forest, Mount Prospect, Niles, Palatine, Wilmette, Winnetka, and surrounding Chicagoland suburbs.

Appointments are subject to availability and may be affected by weather conditions, site accessibility, or seasonal demand. Clients will be notified of any scheduling changes as soon as possible.

4. Estimates & Agreements

We provide complimentary consultations and estimates for new projects. Once approved, the estimate becomes the formal agreement for services.

Proposals may include:

• Scope of work
• Materials to be used
• Estimated installation timeline
• Pricing breakdown
• Payment terms

Work will begin only after approval is received electronically, in writing, or via email confirmation.

5. Access to Property

Clients agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the project area during scheduled installation periods. We request that:

• Pets are secured
• Irrigation systems are turned off
• Furniture or obstacles are moved from the work area

Failure to provide access may result in delays or rescheduling fees.

6. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• A deposit of up to 50% may be required for larger or custom projects
• Remaining balances are due upon project completion
• Accepted payment methods include checks, ACH transfers, and electronic payments

Late payments may result in service interruption, interest charges, or collection activity.

7. Warranty & Service Guarantee

We stand behind both our workmanship and the products we install. Warranty coverage may vary depending on the lighting products selected and will be outlined in your proposal.

Warranty does not cover:

• Customer misuse or accidental damage
• Weather-related damage or acts of nature
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Damage caused by third parties, lawn equipment, or vandalism

8. Website Usage

11. Cancellations & Refunds

Project cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled installation date.

Deposits may become non-refundable once materials have been ordered or installation has begun.

Refunds are not available for completed work unless covered under applicable warranty terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from services provided by Patio Lighting Pros shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and resolved in Cook County, Illinois.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is deemed unenforceable, the remaining sections shall remain in full effect.
